My digital timer, thermometer, and scale aside, I am a traditionalist when it comes to making tea. I haven't purchased a Zojirushi yet out of fear of making my samashi feel insecure. That being said, I can't wait to get my hands on this thing.Will it replace my Tokoname-yaki? Not likely. Will it rock my world? Maybe so.
